Right of cancellation for consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his freelance professional activity:

You are entitled to cancel this contract within 14 (fourteen) days, without giving any reason.

 

The cancellation period is14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the transporter has or has taken possession of the last goods.

 

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to inform us (CPOffice Treuhand GmbH, Vogesenstrasse 79, 4153 Reinach, Switzerland, Phone: 0041 (0)79 344 71 18, E-mail: info@portini.de) by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email message) of your decision to cancel this contract. For this purpose, you are free to use the enclosed Specimen Notice of Cancellation, which is however not mandatory.

 

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of your right of cancellation prior to the expiry of the cancellation deadline.

 

Effects of cancellation

 

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your Cancellation of this Contract for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

 

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

 

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

You are obliged to make compensation for any loss of value of the goods only, if such loss of value is due to the handling of the goods in a manner that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
